Late entries may be considered if space allows, but they will incur an additional £1.50 administration fee.

As a small family‑run business with significant upfront costs for each show, we are unable to offer refunds or carry‑forwards under any circumstances. Only in exceptional cases, supported by an official veterinary certificate, may the organisers consider an exception. Even if allowances have been made in the past, we are no longer able to offer them.
