 Our venue offers two high‑quality 20m x 60m outdoor arenas designed to support a comfortable, secure and enjoyable riding experience. The main competition arena features a gel‑track surface that provides excellent cushioning and stability for both horse and rider, and is fully compliant with affiliated dressage requirements. It includes a dedicated judging cabin and clear viewing points for officials.

Our jumping and lunging arena uses a specialist cushion‑compound and silica sand blend, offering enhanced grip, speed and consistency underfoot. Both arenas are floodlit, allowing training and events to continue safely during darker evenings or poor weather. Surrounded by tall leylandii, the arenas benefit from natural wind protection and a calm, eco‑friendly riding environment.

 We offer a full livery service focused on high‑quality care, individual attention and the wellbeing of every horse on the yard. Full livery starts from £180.00 per week, depending on stable size. This includes daily feeds, weighed hay with ad‑lib options where appropriate, and full stable management tailored to each horse’s needs.

Our 16 stables are dry, secure and maintained to a high standard, each fitted with rubber matting, quality wood‑chip bedding and automatic water drinkers. Horses enjoy daily turnout across more than ten acres of paddock‑fenced grazing, with compatible horses usually paired together. Individual turnout can be arranged on request. During wet conditions, turnout is rotated through well‑drained paddocks and a sand pen to ensure every horse still has time outside.
